Been reading about digital minimalism lately. Thought it was just “delete social media,” but it’s deeper than that.
The idea is: use tech intentionally, not constantly. Instead of being glued to your screen, pick what really matters.
Things I found helpful:
Turn off all non-essential notifications
Set screen time limits for fun, not punishment
Ask: “Does this app support what I actually care about?”
It’s not about going offline — just getting your time back.
