Surprisingly Useful: Digital Minimalism Isn’t About Deleting Everything

Updated: Apr 14

Been reading about digital minimalism lately. Thought it was just “delete social media,” but it’s deeper than that.

The idea is: use tech intentionally, not constantly. Instead of being glued to your screen, pick what really matters.

Things I found helpful:

  • Turn off all non-essential notifications

  • Set screen time limits for fun, not punishment

  • Ask: “Does this app support what I actually care about?”

It’s not about going offline — just getting your time back.
